Good location, friendly staffs
very near to the train station both BTS and ART. Very friendly staff and very helpful. We are having issues with WiFi, they come immediately and fix it as soon as possible. The staff also helped me to bring my luggage to the train station after I checked out from the hotel. Thank you so much
The bed was not really soft as I expected, a bit hard but still we can sleep soundly. The breakfast does not have many varieties, they need to improve the list of foods especially to have options for halal foods. No clothes iron provided.

Location! Next to a famous cafe. Easy access to n fro airport and other places of interest!
The bedroom slippers were very bad quality, suggest to change. The bedroom curtains should change to thicker types as the train station lights are way too bright. The bed had got sweaky sounds need to be check, nothing major.
