Good location, friendly staffs
very near to the train station both BTS and ART. Very friendly staff and very helpful. We are having issues with WiFi, they come immediately and fix it as soon as possible. The staff also helped me to bring my luggage to the train station after I checked out from the hotel. Thank you so much
The bed was not really soft as I expected, a bit hard but still we can sleep soundly. The breakfast does not have many varieties, they need to improve the list of foods especially to have options for halal foods. No clothes iron provided.

Wonderful
Superb location and nice soft bed. Simple breakfast to start the day. Very nice coffee factory just next to the hotel.
My room was facing the airport rail station. On n off will hear the train during the days.

Very Good
Location is unrivalled as it's right next to Phaya Thai station, which is the terminal station of the airport rail link. And it connects to the BTS station, which is great. There is an excellent cafe (Factory Coffee) right next to the hotel which serves delicious coffee and croissants.
At this day and age, it's kinda inconvenient that the TV in the room is not preinstalled with Netflix. And the bed is too soft for my liking.

Fine for what we wanted- one night before getting to the airport.
A good location to get the airport rail link . Nice clean, bright room with all the comforts. Quiet air con, comfy bed and a great bathroom.
I asked for a quiet room but not sure this hotel has quiet rooms. The train station wasn’t a problem but the room is quite light and the road noise quite an issue if you are a light sleeper. Would benefit from much better sound proofing and black out blinds.
